WARRANTY POLICY - CHANGE

• - Guest must keep the invoice if you want to change to another item.
  - In-exchange products must be intact, not change in size, shape, color.
  - In-exchange products will be charged 50% for Gold items compared to the value on the invoice.
  - Warranty for free with technical defects, refreshing polishing of pearls, wire replacement, jewelry keychains or wire body within 24 months for Gold items, 12 months for Silver items.
  - Product with a value of 100 million vnđ or more, the company supports the acquisition of 50% of the value provided that the product is intact, without changing the shape, size, color.
